Can I buy day tickets?
No. Tickets will only be available as a 3-day pass (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
Where can I buy my ticket to attend the event?
If you want grandstand or general admission tickets, visit ticketsf1.madring.com. For hospitality tickets, go to hospitality.madring.com.

We recommend purchasing through Fever or one of the official partners to ensure the validity of the tickets.
What is the maximum number of tickets I can purchase?
Up to 10 tickets per person.
Are there any age restrictions?
Children under 2 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (1 adult for every 2 children).
Children under 6 attending with another adult must present written authorization.
All children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Do children need a ticket?
Yes, except for children under 3 who do not occupy a seat, all children must be accompanied.
Can I resell my ticket?
No. Tickets may not be resold without prior authorization from the Promoter and Formula One World Championship Limited (FOWC).
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Further information will be provided closer to the event. Resale for profit is prohibited.
Can I get a refund if I don’t attend?
No. Tickets are non-refundable if you decide not to attend.
Can I get a refund due to illness or other reasons?
Generally, no. In exceptional cases, requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Are tickets refunded if the event schedule changes?
No. Changes due to weather, safety, or organizational reasons do not entitle you to a refund.
When are refunds granted?
Only in the event of cancellation (unless required by law). The amount will be refunded via the same payment method.
I can’t find my ticket, what should I do?
You will receive your ticket with a QR code and all the necessary information before the event.
Will the bleachers have numbered seats?
Yes. All grandstand tickets include a numbered seat.
Can I sit next to other people if I buy tickets separately?
No. Seating together is only guaranteed if tickets are purchased in the same transaction.
Can I make a reservation for groups of more than 10 people?

How can I request an invoice?
Fill out the corresponding form and the team will process it.

Is the circuit easily accessible?
Yes. It is located at IFEMA Madrid and is accessible by metro, train, bus, and taxi.
Will there be accessibility for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
Yes. There will be accessible areas throughout the venue to ensure comfort and visibility.
How can I purchase PRM tickets?
Through this link. Companions must purchase their tickets in the same transaction. You will need to confirm that you have an official mobility-impaired (MIP) card certifying a disability level of 33% or higher. This certification must be presented at the event entrance if requested.

How can I get to the venue? Is there parking?
We recommend using public transportation. There will be no general parking at the venue.
Is it directly connected to train stations and the airport?
Yes, it is connected to Barajas Airport and the Atocha and Chamartin train stations. Large backpacks, suitcases, or wheeled luggage will not be permitted.

What is the experience like in the Pelouse Zone?
The Pelouse Zone offers the most dynamic way to experience the Grand Prix. Strategically located throughout the circuit, this natural viewing area gives you the freedom to move around and soak up the atmosphere from multiple perspectives.
To ensure safety, visibility for all attendees, and a clean environment, this zone operates under an “open space” concept:
- No folding chairs or bulky coolers allowed for greater mobility and unobstructed views
- Food trucks and dining spots offering fresh, high-quality options throughout the event
- Soak up the F1 atmosphere in a vibrant, laid-back setting designed for those who don’t want to miss a single second of the action
To enhance the experience for everyone, outdoor furniture (chairs/tables) and coolers are not permitted on the premises. Travel light and get ready to cheer at every overtake!

Construction began in April and is progressing steadily.
